Dr. James Schwieterman is a native of Maria Stein, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree in 1984 from The University of Cincinnati, graduating with a degree in Biology. He then continued his education at The University of Cincinnati’s School of Medicine and obtained his Medical degree in 1988. After medical school he completed his residency training in family practice from St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. Jim is married to Theresa who is a RN for State of the Heart Hospice. Dr Jim has four children, Luke, Kayla, Margaret and Claire. In his spare time, Dr Jim enjoys traveling, American History and numerous outdoor activities including, bicycling, hiking and water sports.

Dr. Jim joined the practice in 1991. He enjoys continuing the medical legacy built by his grandfather Dr. E.J. Wilke and his father Dr. D.J. Schwieterman. While he enjoys all aspects of family practice, he has found a passion for companioning his depressed and grieving patients.

Dr. Heather Kleinhenz is a native of St Henry, Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree in 2000 from The Ohio State University, graduating with a degree in Biology. She attended Wright State University School of Medicine and obtained her Medical degree in 2004. After medical school she completed her residency training in family practice from the Miami Valley Hospital Family Practice Residency Program. She served as chief resident and was also honored as Intern of the Year in 2005.

Dr. Kleinhenz is married to Andy Fullenkamp, also of St. Henry and they have five children, Nolan, Ellie, Jack, Daniel and Vivian. In her spare time, she most enjoys being a mom and spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, shopping, cooking and baking.

Dr. Kleinhenz joined the practice in 2007. She finds being a family physician very rewarding. She enjoys taking care of the entire family and in some cases multiple generations in the same family. She has a special interest in pediatrics as well as women’s health, but finds all aspects of family medicine enjoyable. She likes being part of a small community and is happy to be practicing where she grew up.
